2. Fixed fan: Use embedded nuts to fix the wall fan on the wall.Make sure the fan is well installed and will not shake.
3. Connect the ventilation pipeline: connect the wall fan to the ventilation pipeline.Pay attention to the direction of the ventilation pipeline and the tightness of the connection to ensure that there is no air leakage.
4. Connect the power supply: Connect the power cord of the wall fan to the power supply and ensure that the wire is solid.
5. Debug: Open the power switch to check whether the wall fan is running normally.If abnormal conditions are found, power off and check the equipment in time.
In addition, there are some precautions that need to be complied:
1. Master the templates in all directions of the side wall fan, master the model specifications and methods of the side wall fan, and inhale the rotation direction of the centrifugal impeller and the direction of the air in and out.
2. Check the foundation of the fan, and must have sufficient strength and stiffness to ensure that the load of the fan can be afforded. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether the connection size of the foundation and the fan meets the design requirements.
3. Basic placing line, measurement must be based on the coordinates and horizontal elevations provided according to the requirements of the Civil Construction.Use the standards and the whole station to measure the elevation and coordinates of each installation point and mark it.Release the centerline of each installation position according to the axis.
4. Install the foundation of the fan according to the slope of the roof, it is necessary to ensure that the installation level of the fan must be vertical.The roof of this project uses steel structure bracket as the framework of the axis flower.
5. After the wall fan is installed, you must be good at rotating the centrifugal impeller to check whether it has experienced tight or frictional conditions and whether there are objects that hinder rotation.If there is no abnormal phenomenon, trial operation can be performed.The exposed part of the fan transmission device should have a protective cover (customer reservation).If the air inlet of the wall fan is not connected to the air inlet, a protective net or other devices (reserved by customers) need to be added.Give the switch power supply circuit of the side wall fan as much as possible and meet the relevant requirements.
